Product safety testing

Maxbeauty is committed to protecting the environment and the planet by using sustainable and biodegradable materials for over 50% of its products. Our products are made from 100% eco-friendly materials that are safe and non-toxic for consumers to use.

 

We take pride in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. All our products are tested and certified by internationally recognized testing companies such as Intertek and RTS.

How is quality controlled?

Maxbeauty is known for its high quality products, and this is due in part to our strict inspection process. Before any product can leave our factory, it must pass at least five inspections to ensure its quality. Our sampling standards are some of the strictest in China, with a sampling level of AQL: II

Zero defect : 0

Critical defect : 0

Major defect: 1.0

Minor defect: 2.5

The five stages of our inspection process include:

  1. Raw Material Inspection: We carefully inspect all raw materials before they are used in production to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
  2. First Piece Inspection: The first piece of each production run is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets all of our quality standards. This helps to identify any potential issues early on in the production process.
  3. In-Process Inspection: Our production process is carefully monitored to ensure that each piece of product is being produced to our exacting standards. This includes regular inspections of the materials, workmanship, and finish of each piece.
  4. Final Inspection: Once the product is complete, it undergoes a final inspection to ensure that it meets all of our quality standards. This includes checking for any defects or imperfections in the materials, workmanship, and finish.
  5. Packaging Inspection: Finally, we randomly select pieces of product from each production run and inspect them to ensure that they have been properly packaged and labeled.


Through these five stages of inspection, we are able to maintain the highest standards of quality for our products. This ensures that our customers receive only the best products, and that we can continue to be a leader.
